Last night I dreamed I did 500 arm jacks, 3 sets of 80 circles and 9 sets of 60 arms swats so I
woke up this morning and did them. I felt a good tired afterwards and then treated myself to
blueberry spinach smoothie. Apples were juiced and then blended with the berries and spinach
so far I've had about 32 ozs. and looking forward to more later. I've been snacking on dates, whole ones,
which are pretty tasty. Sunflower seeds are high on my list to snack on right behind apples with walnuts and
raisins (organic if possible). I'm looking for organic lemons next shopping trip so I can alkalize my water
and my body to see if what I've been reading is correct. So far I've consumed 60 oz. of water which is
almost to my goal of half my weight in water. The cherries being purchased at the farmers market are going
to be my evening meal, I LOVE CHERRIES.
